Accessibility statement

Cloud Assist Group Ltd aims to make www.thecloudassist.com usable by as many people as possible. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA; this is an aim, not a claim that every page or external service meets every criterion.

Using the website

The site provides a skip link, semantic headings and keyboard-operable navigation. You should be able to zoom text and use browser or device accessibility settings. We are reviewing contrast, responsive reflow, keyboard focus and the size and spacing of interactive targets across pages and devices; these checks are not yet complete.

Known limitations

• Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form may be difficult to use with some assistive technologies. If a CAPTCHA stops you, email or telephone us instead; you do not need to complete it to contact us by those routes.
• Older downloadable documents, including PDFs, may not have full tagging or accessible reading order. Ask us for an alternative format.
• Services and websites run by external providers, including Google, Salesforce and LinkedIn, may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
• Manual keyboard and assistive-technology testing, including focus visibility and target-size checks, remains to be completed across the site.
